These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ironcladfinancials.com (the "Site"), operated by Ironclad Financial Education. By accessing the Site, signing up for a free resource, or purchasing the eBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Educational purpose only

All content on this Site — including the blog, learning paths, free guides, the 7-Day Cash Flow Reset, and The Financial Clarity Blueprint eBook — is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute individualized financial, insurance, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome or result. 3. About the site operator

Ironclad Financial Education is operated by Martins Obakpolor, a licensed insurance and financial-planning professional. Martins is currently licensed in Alberta, Canada. Personalized advice and the sale of insurance products are available only where that license applies. Content written for a general Canadian and U.S. audience is educational and may not reflect rules specific to your province, state, or country.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence, to use this Site or make a purchase.

5. Free resources

The Family Financial Protection Checklist and the 7-Day Cash Flow Reset are provided free of charge in exchange for your name and email address. You may unsubscribe from these email series at any time — see our CASL Consent Policy for details.

6. eBook purchases

• Price: The Financial Clarity Blueprint is sold for $27 CAD, processed securely through Stripe.
• Delivery: Upon confirmed payment, you'll receive instant access to download the eBook (PDF) via a secure, time-limited link.
• License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the eBook for your own reference. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Refunds: Because the eBook is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued. If you experience a duplicate charge, a failed download, or another payment issue, contact us at normardigital@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services — including Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, and Netlify for hosting and forms — and may link to third-party websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, the character illustrations, the eBook, and downloadable guides — is owned by Ironclad Financial Education or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
